Dear Eden,

Your teacher just called me at work.

YOU HAVEN’T BEEN DOING YOUR HOMEWORK FOR FOUR WEEKS?!?!?!?!

You, my dear beloved child, are so grounded, but not so much because of the missing homework.  Oh no… You are grounded because for the last four weeks you’ve been LYING TO MY FACE about actually doing your homework.

I love you, little girl, but right now I’m so ready to bring down the hammer on you.  Just wait till I get home…
